Police say Jose R. Marte, pictured above, forcibly touched a woman at Temple Beth Torah (35 Bagatelle Road in Melville) on Monday, November 5, 2018 around 11:45 a.m.

The last known address for Marte is 156 Smith Street, Apartment B38 in Freeport, according to police.
